THE PROGRAM

We provide a intensive 9-week program to dive deep into the ground techniques of handstand, floor acrobatics, aerobatics, juggling, and theatre.

The program is well balanced in theoretical and practical knowledge to ensure the participants leave with the essential tools and a strong foundation to lead a healthy lifestyle.

The school hosts weekly showcases for the students to create show pieces and get used to performing in front of a crowd. Yes, we make sure you share your gifts with the world!

 

THE FIVE ELEMENTS

Our program is designed based on the five main elements: Strength, Flexibility, Coordination, Balance, and Endurance. These elements ensure a 360 coverage to master the body and prevent injuries.

The program is well balanced in theoretical and practical knowledge to ensure the participants leave with the essential tools and a strong foundation to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Flexibility

Breath in and bend! Intensive stretching exercise to warm up the body, and prevent injuries through yoga, ballet, and gymnastics stretching.

Strength

Be ready to sweat! Powering the body through circuit training conditioning based on fitness and gymnastics.

Balance

Close your eyes & walk straight. Increase your body control through tightrope walking, role ball, and handstand techniques.

Coordination

Merge body and mind into one. Coordination through body movement, juggling and dance.

Endurance

Keep the heart active! Increase stamina through aerobics and anaerobic training.

Who is it for?

This program is created for those who are eager to learn and improve their physical and mental abilities. Anyone can join! NO previous experience is required. The space caters to adults above 18 years old.
The program is limited to 20 people per training program since our mission is to maximize your individual and group growth.
